Does the AI publish responses on its own?
No. The app never posts anything to Google, Yelp or any review site. Every response is drafted by AI and waits for your approval, on the review's page or by replying to the notification email, and then you post the approved text yourself.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It's built not to invent things in the first place — no made-up refunds, discounts, policies, or promises. If a draft still isn't right, reply with what to change ("make this friendlier," "shorter") and it'll redraft. Nothing is final until you approve a version, and you post it yourself.
How do reviews get into the app?
Add them one at a time or in bulk (CSV upload or paste) from the Reviews page, or forward review notification emails to your dedicated inbox address — reviews land automatically and a response drafts itself, no manual entry required.
What happens if I hit my plan's response limit?
New AI generation pauses until your monthly allowance resets — no surprise overage charges. Everything you've already generated and approved stays fully accessible, and you can upgrade anytime to keep going immediately. On a free trial, start your plan first (Dashboard or Settings → Billing), then upgrade.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes, on Premium (2 teammates) and Enterprise (10). Invite them from Settings → Team as a Manager (reviews plus business settings) or an Approver (reviews only). Each gets their own login, every approval records who made it, and billing stays with the account owner.
How do I sign up?
Metis Reply is invite only for now while we open up gradually. Request an invite from the sign-up page with your name, business and email, and we'll email you a personal invitation link to create your account. Already invited? Use the link in your invitation email; it works once, for the address it was sent to.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, on Basic and Premium: 7 days with 25 AI drafts included. A card is required, and you're not charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing. Want your full allowance sooner? Start your plan early from the Dashboard. Enterprise has no trial and is billed from day one; ask us for a demo first if you'd like one. Once you're invited, the trial starts when you choose your plan. You can also try a draft on the home page without signing up.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are month-to-month (or save with annual billing), plainly priced, no sales calls.
Can I cancel anytime, and what about refunds?
Yes, from your billing settings, anytime. On monthly plans, access continues through the end of your current paid month — no refund for that month, but you're never cut off mid-cycle. On annual plans, access continues through the end of the year you've paid for, with no refund for the remaining months. Either way, cancelling stops the next renewal, so you're never charged again.
