Use Report a problem in the menu under your avatar (top right of the app). Describe what happened and attach screenshots if it helps — it goes straight to us with your account attached, so you don't need to explain who you are.

- Can't log in? Use Forgot password on the login page.
- Billing, plan, or cancellation? Settings → Billing → Manage billing (account owner). Teammates: ask your account owner.
- How does it work? Signed in, the Help page in the top bar has a how-to for every feature. Not signed in yet? See the FAQ on the home page.
- Delete your account or data? Settings → Account → Danger zone.
